During the conference, a total of six research papers were presented and discussed, covering topics such as the development, policy framework, efficiency, valuation of Mongolia’s capital market, investor behavior, as well as legal and tax environment issues. Participants exchanged research findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
'Mandal Daatgal' JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT624.3 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT100.0 per share on February 18, 2019. The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by the record date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the dividends will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository during the period between May 1, 2019 and May 31, 2019.
