Investors submitted 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 26-week discount bonds and 6 bids totaling MNT 6.5 billion for the 3-year coupon-bearing bonds, resulting in total demand of MNT 13 billion.

'Technic Import' JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT723.3 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT500.0 per share on February 18, 2019. The record date is March 11, 2019 and the dividends will be paid in cash to the shareholders at the Company Office every Friday starting from April 11, 2019.
