In order to protect investors’ rights and improve market liquidity by enhancing the compliance of listed companies, Mongolian Stock Exchange is taking comprehensive measures. Within the framework of this action, MSE provided a notice to listed companies to fulfill their regulatory obligations within a specified date and is imposing the measures stipulated in the legislation on those companies who failed to do so.
According to the clause No.: 83.1 of Company Law of Mongolia, Clause No.: 3.2.1 and 3.2.10 of ‘Securities Listing Rules’ of FRC, the clause No.: 8.10.11 of Charter of MSE and the clause No.: 23.11.4 of ‘Listing Rules’ of MSE, MSE has delisted the following 21 companies from securities listing due to the fact that more than one year has elapsed since the suspension of the securities trading and the trading has not resumed or the causes for suspension have not been rectified:
