FRC approved to list Erdenes Tavantolgoi as a closed joint stock company and safekeep the shares at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository. 

In 2012, the Parliament of Mongolia issued a decision to grant 1072 shares of Erdenes Tavantolgoi JSC to all Mongolian citizens born before April 12, 2012. The shares have no voting power and cannot be traded, except for selling it to the Government at the face value, until the secondary market trading starts. 

It will be allowed to sell, buy and transfer the shares after the Company becomes an open joint stock company in accordance with the direction given by the Parliament and the Government of Mongolia.
