“Darkhan Nekhii” JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT232.1 million to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT210 per share on January 31 2020. The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by February 25, 2020 and the dividends will be paid to the shareholders at the Company office during the period between September 30, 2020 and December 30, 2020. Dividends of remaiming shareholders will transfer to their SCHCD's accounts.
