During the conference, a total of six research papers were presented and discussed, covering topics such as the development, policy framework, efficiency, valuation of Mongolia’s capital market, investor behavior, as well as legal and tax environment issues. Participants exchanged research findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 01/20-2 of "Ard Insurance" JSC dated February 17, 2020, "Ard Insurance" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 850.0 million or 49.45% of its net profit to its shareholders for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 34.00 per share. The record date is April 09, 2020 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within June 30, 2020.
