‘Ard Insurance’ JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 1.0 billion to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT 40.00 per share on February 10, 2021. 

The list of eligible shareholders will be determined by March 31, 2021 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within July 30, 2021.
