The 'LendMN NBFI' JSC, a constituent in the Top-20 index, is issuing the 'Lend Bond' and the ringing the bell ceremony organized at MSE today.

In relation to this, Mr. Tserendash, Head of Securities Market Department of the FRC, Mr. Munkhbysgalan.A, Head of Regulatory Department of Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mrs.Odmaa, Chair person of ‘LendMN NBFI’ JSC,  and Mr. Boldbaatar.O, CEO of ‘LendMN NBFI’ JSC  and Ulziibayar.B, CEO of ‘Ulzii and Co Capital UTsK’ LLC have participated in the opening ceremony of the subscription of the ‘Invescore Bond’ and rung the bell to open the 6,500th trading of MSE.

The "LendMN NBFI" JSC, a tier 1 listed company, is issuing the “LendMN Bond” offered to the public at MNT100,000 nominal price, 14% annual interest rate, 2-year maturity and the total value of MNT5.0 billion.

"Ulzii and Co Capital UTsK" LLC is serving as the lead underwriter with ‘Rhinos Investment UTsK’ LLC as the supporting underwriter. The primary market trading orders will be received through MSE member brokerage companies between 10am-5pm hours during June 25-29, 2021 and 10am-3pm hours on the last day of order, June 30, 2021.
