"GOBI" JSC has submitted its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2020, to the MSE on February 10, 2021.

However, due to changes in an opinion by independent auditor "Baker Tilly Dalaivan Audit" LLC, the company's consolidated financial statements are adjusted to reflect an increase of MNT 84.05 million in total assets, an increase of MNT 26.6 million in retained earnings, and an increase of MNT 104.03 million in cash and cash equivalents.
