According to the official letter No.: 1/4157 of the Chairman of FRC, dated December 1, 2021, FRC deemed the primary market trading of "LendMN Bond" by "LendMN NBFI" JSC successful. The FRC approved to commence the secondary market trading on December 2, 2021. Accordingly, investors were enabled to receive the remaining balance for their unallocated orders through their brokerage firms.

As the bonds were placed in the investors' accounts at the "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC, the secondary market trading will start on December 2, 2021.
