A total of 234 orders from 231 investors were registered in the trading system, reaching the total offering amount of MNT 12 billion. Accordingly, the subscription book has been closed.
The “Sendly Bond 3.0” debt instrument commencing trading on the public market today is the 14th product publicly offered in Mongolia’s capital market this year. As a result, companies have raised a total of MNT 613 billion through the capital market to date and utilized the funds for their operations.

According to the Resolution No.: 22/03 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘LendMN NBFI’ JSC, dated February 7, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 1,108,952,525.5 or MNT 1.5 per share.
The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined by February 25, 2022 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within April 30, 2022.
