According to the Resolution No.: 22/001 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Mandal insurance’ JSC, dated February 18, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 1,872,904,800 or MNT 3 per share. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within May 31, 2021.
