According to the Order No. 1/2693 dated June 28, 2022 of the Head of the Financial Regulation Committee and the official request No. 1/57 dated June 28, 2022 of "Goodsec" LLC, the period for trading additional shares of "Erdenes Solutions" JSC in the primary market as a public offering has been extended.

Specifically, the trading of the company's additional shares on the primary market through the Mongolian Stock Exchange has been extended until July 5, 2022, and the underwriter "Goodsec" LLC of "Erdenes Solutions" JSC infromed that there will be no change in the principle of distribution.
