Pursuant to Resolution No. 251 of the Government of Mongolia dated June 17, 2026, a decision was made to rename “Erdenes Critical Minerals” State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) as “Mongolrostsvetmet” State-Owned Enterprise (SOE).

Accordingly, pursuant to the aforementioned Government Resolution and Official Letter No. 1/26 dated September 8, 2026, issued by “Mongolrostsvetmet” SOE, the Mongolian Stock Exchange hereby announces that the name of the enterprise in the electronic trading system for mining products and in the relevant registration records will be changed to “Mongolrostsvetmet” SOE.
