The Financial Regulatory Commission at its Meeting held on 4^th May 2018 passed a decision to register ‘Mongol Bazalt’ closed public company's 56,417,000 shares with MNT 100.0 nominal price each and approved public offering of 30 percent of the amount or 16,925,100 shares for MNT380.00 each.
