According to the letter no. 1/2458 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated 25 May 2018, the IPO of ‘Mongol Basalt’ JSC is considered as successful, granting the permission to commence the secondary market trading from 28 May 2018.

‘Mongol Basalt’ JSC has offered 30% of its shares to the public and received orders for its shares from 14 May 2018 to 23 May 2018. The 16.9 million shares offered to the public has received orders totaling 53.5 million shares, which was an oversubscription by 3.1 times.
