‘Erdene Resource Development Corporation’ is offering 3,898,900 shares to public and aiming to raise MNT2.56 billion. ‘BDSec SC’ JSC and 'Golomt Capital SC’ LLC are jointly working as an underwriter of this issue and the orders will be taken until 3 pm, 14 June 2018. 

According to the securities prospectus of the company, every order up to MNT2,500,000 will be fully fulfilled and orders over MNT2,500,000 will be allocated on a pro-rata basis.

In case of unavailability of fulfilment of orders due to the oversubscription, the threshold amount of MNT2,500,000 will be decreased by 50 percent in consultation among MSE, the issuer and the underwriters.
